Focus on learning the frundamentals i.e the theory behind the laws and then practice by writing and by solving as many questions a possible. Ask a friend to put up questions for you and then discuss the answers. that will be mutually beneficial also.

NSIT is excellent for computer engineering. The cutoff is generally a rank of 4-5k for the general delhi category and around 2k for the outside delhi(general) people. I get really incensed when I talk about the category cutoffs so I would better stay silent about them.

move to kota only if u r sure tht u can compete. the place generally depress students with its way of teaching. it will be better to either join any good institute in ur locality or have home tutions.
