NIT-Surat is there in Gujarat. But with 70 marks, you can get admission into it only if you belong to ST or SC category. If OBC, you have a very little chance of getting into it. Thats all I know.

Since you haven't scored well in JEE Mains so you will not get admission in top Government institutes but don't worry there are some private institutions that are doing equally good as them. You may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarships. Some of the universities are:
