Only you can make a timetable for yourself depending upon your activities. Make a time table by hours per day. Please make sure its a pragmatic schedule. Do not make an overly zealous one. Do not keep unachievable goals. Mark sleeping hours, meal hours, break hours on it and divide the remaining time into coaching and school study. Yes, you may have to digress from it. A little flexibility should be allowed to account for the assignments from school. Other than that, stick to the schedule very religiously and you'll land up doing great in both boards and JEE. All the best.

As I know about viteee the paper is more theoretical then numerical means you should focus on ncert conceptual questions and a little bit numerical can make your way easy. You can also use some standard books like A.das Gupta mcq for mathematics, any ncert refresher for physics and ncert for organic chemistry. Once I was told that in viteee there is very less section of electrostatic and current electricity

Yeah bro, you will not take part in the jossa counselling until you got the required cutoff marks. But there are many other colleges that arrange their own counselling on the basis of jee main marks.
