There are cases in which students have cleared JEE without any coaching. If your concepts and understanding of PCM subjects at 10+2 are excellent, you may able to clear JEE without any coaching. You and your teachers are the best judge to evaluate your knowledge & skills and to advise on cracking JEE without or short coaching.

This is the common dilemma faced by students who are completing 12th. What option to choose for further education after 12th. Your next degree by and large will decide your career options. First of all understand that not cracking JEE in not end to your career. Your school board really doesn't matter. All students, irrespective of their education board, need to appear for the JEE to get a good college. The ranks decide who qualify for the admission and who doesn't. You can choose whichever board you want.

It depends on which IIT, you need to be in top people in your category. It's a little bit difficult for old IIT's. Year by year the total marks for JEE Advanced paper is changing. I say you need to get around 3-10% of total marks for old IIT's.

It is your choice which field you are interested in making your career. If you have done b.tech in e.c.e and also qualified the GATE then you should pursue M.Tech as it will have better options for you as compared to MBA. It depends on your choice whether you want to choose a career in Engineering or Management Field. I think you should choose the option in which you have a keen interest. If you are a tech savvy then you should choose M.Tech otherwise you can go for MBA also. Hi f you choose for MBA then you should try to clear the CAT and get into very good B- Schools.
