Yes, BITS Pilani (HD) does accept GATE scores for admission. However, admission to ME in software systems will be through BITS HD exam scores only. However, candidates must submit their valid GATE score and details while filling the application form.

Around 28 candidates have secured a GATE 2025 score out of 1000. The GATE raw marks are different to that of the GATE score. However, Rahul Kumar Singh from Computer Science and Engineering branch has secured a perfect GATE score of 100 marks. The GATE 2025 results were released on March 19 and the topper's list was OUT on March 25. The GATE scorecard release date is March 28. Qualified candidates can download the result scorecard using their enrollment ID and password.
