Getting an admission to RGUKT Nuzvid for an M.Tech programme is therefore possible with an academic grade 60 in the GATE exam; however this depends with the branch of your admittance and the competition level of the given year.
Considerations:
GATE Score and Rank: Hailing 60 as a good score in GATE it is important to make a final selection based on the rank this score brings. In the most popular branches as Computer Science and Engineering branches competition is higher and only the candidates with high GATE score usually ranging from 65-70+ can expect to get a seat.

Yes, you can join RGUKT, IIIT Basara for the B.Tech programme without taking JEE Mains. The admission to the institution is purely based on marks obtained in the Class 10 examination, with the GPA obtained in each subject. The university offers a six-year integrated B.Tech course for which candidates have to complete their 10th standard from a recognised board to make them eligible for the course.

With the 87770 general rank and 14141 EWS female rank in JEE Mains you may be eligible for lower-tier NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs particularly in less popular branches such as Civil, Metallurgy or Environmental Engineering. State engineering colleges and private universities has also offer seats especially in the EWS category. If you have achieved 44 marks in the JEE Mains exam, your percentile would be approximately around 60 to 70%. This means you performed better than 60 to 70% of the candidates who took the exam during that shift. With this percentile, it is possible to get into some good institutes for your higher studies.

I think you are pretty strong academically to get the ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) branch at SASTRA University with a JEE Mains score of 93% + AIR 1024 in SASTRA stream1 exam. +98. SASTRA usually takes the JEE Mains and their entrance exam scores for admission, so your excellent performance here goes a long way. But the Cut-offs of specific year changes and it can change every year So Do check SASTRA University website/campus for the latest information Or contact their admission office.

Name change in 12th does not affect JEE IIT college admission, if you carry necessary proof of that name. If Name is not updated in 10th and 12 mark sheets-Legal affidavit for change of name during application & at time of admission. This affidavit, along with a gazette notification (if applicable) or newspaper publication will be an evidence for your name change. After you do this, make sure all your documents right from JEE application have the new name and nothing confuses during verification process.

If you have all your documentation in place, changing the name post-Class 12th will not cause any issues for admissions at JEE-accepting colleges. For applying to JEE after a name change, use your new names as in the affidavit when you fill up the application form for JEE. Upload name change affidavit and gazette notification / newspaper publication (if any) Attach the affidavit during admissions, along with certificates of class 10th and class 12 provided your old name. It is done to maintain the consistency and making this you can avoid any trouble at getting your documents verified.

Applying for counseling may be difficult with a 46 percentile and a JEE Main rank of 314,443, as this rank is usually beyond the threshold for most prestigious engineering colleges. Still, you may be able to take advantage of counseling for private or less well-known universities, whose cutoffs may be lower. Examine particular counseling criteria and consider your options by using the official JEE counseling process.
