LPUNEST is a National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes at Lovely Professional University.
The test serves as the basis for eligibility and scholarship for most programmes, and for some, it is applicable only for scholarships. There is no negative marking in the LPUNEST exam. 
The syllabus and format of the paper are specific to each course, as LPUNEST is designed for the individual program. The LPUNEST exam allows for two attempts for the same program. If the first attempt is unsuccessful or not satisfied, applicants may request a second chance through their admission portal.
