JEE Main exam city slip is the document which have details about the city in which the exam centre of the candidate is located. The JEE Main counselling for BTech admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is organised by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) in June. To participate in the JoSAA counselling seat allotment process, candidates have to register online. The allotment of seats will be based on All India Ranks in JEE Main. This is because you already have given your first attempt and you must have got the result of that particular attempt. Hence you will be considered passed.

As an OBC NCL candidate with a JEE Mains Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 7,44,000, your chances of getting into any prominent and reputed universities to pursue a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) are very difficult. However, there are a few institutions, though, where you might still be able to pursue engineering. For students in the OBC NCL category, several state government engineering institutes hold reserved seats. Morever, you can also apply for private colleges which are NBA accredited.

Admission to BITS Pilani Goa is conducted through BITSAT scores. Admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch at CBIT Hyderabad depends on several factors, including your JEE Mains percentile, category, and state quota. Here's some information about CBIT Hyderabad's CSE branch admission: 

Round 1 cutoff (2024): The round 1 cutoff for the CSE branch at CBIT Hyderabad was 11860. 

Entry requirements: CBIT also requires a minimum of 45% in 12th grade for admission to the CSE branch.
