Yes, since WBJEE cutoff is prepared after considering various factors including candidate's category, cutoff will be different for every category, college and course. For higher chance of admission, candidates will be required to meet the minimum cutoff as determined by authorities. According to cutoff trends, WBJEE cutoff is expected to be higher for general category as compared to reserved category and for popular BTech courses.

In case you forget JEE Main application number, recover it using following options:

  • Check email or mobile for a message containing JEE Main application number sent during registration.
  • Check printout confirmation page for application number.
  • Contact NTA authorities to know application number.
  • Once you recover your JEE Main application number, use it to login and fill out JEE Advanced application form.
  • If you do not remember your password, you can reset it using the forgot password option available on the official website of JEE Advanced.

While preparing the cutoff of AMUEEE, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination i.e., previous years' cutoff trends, difficulty level of exam, number of candidates, total number of available seats, etc. Using the cutoff and other determining factors, the candidates will be allotted seats in the University.

AMUEEE seat allotment will be announced online. After seat allotment, candidates will have to confirm their admission before final date. To confirm allotment, they have to report to University, submit documents and pay required tuition fee. If candidates are not able to confirm their admission before final date, then their admission will be cancelled.

The authorities will announce the AMUEEE seat allotment result online. Candidates will be able to check their seat allotment status through the firm lists. No log in credentials will be required since the AMUEEE firm lists will be released as PDFs. Candidates will be able to check their roll number and allotted branch through the AMUEEE firm list. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, category, preferences and seat availability.

Yes. AMUEEE counselling will be held online. Qualified candidates will have to participate in the AMUEEE counselling process for admissions into the offered courses. To be registered for the counselling of AMUEEE, the candidates will have to submit their roll number, application number and date of birth. Candidates will have to update their details, upload the documents, select their choice of courses in the order of preference and pay the counselling fee. AMUEEE seat allotment result will be declared online in the form of a firm list.
