GCET application form will be released online. Candidates have to upload their signature in GCET/Goa BE admission application form. Signature should be uploaded correctly in application form. If signature is not uploaded correctly, form will not be submitted and candidates cannot move ahead for admission.

Candidates are not required to upload their photograph online since the GCET application form is available offline. The passport size photograph has to be pasted on the GCET/Goa BE admission form as per the official specifications. The dimensions should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). 

While filling out the GCET/Goa BE admission application form, the candidates will have to fill out and submit various personal, academic and contact details.

The TS ECET exam will be available in the English language only.

AP PGECET counselling process takes place online and is conducted by Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam. Candidates who have qualified AP PGECET entrance test or GPAT or GATE are eligible for admission counselling. It is conducted in rounds depending on seat intake. Final selected candidates have to complete their document verification and report to allotted college.

Candidates can pay their AP PGECET counselling fee through net banking/credit card/debit card or UPI option. After the payment is successful, candidates must keep a note of transaction ID for future purposes.

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education will conduct AP PGECET 2026 phase 2 counselling in September 2026. The counselling process includes registration, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, etc.
