In European countries, German still have good job opportunities on completion of this Masters (two year programme) you will be eligible to get post study work visa for two years. During this period you can get good job and based on the job you can get three work visa. After completing 5 years of stay you can apply for Permanent Residency.

For MS, you will require atleast 6.5 or higher with no section less than 6. Certain universities might have higher requirements so you should always check the university websites for admission requirements.

As per my knowledge and my opinion, for M.Sc you must have a graduation degree. There is B.Sc Degree, because for M.Sc, you must have a B.Sc Degree with 45% marks in your graduation.
