Hello Tejas Shelar, you have mentioned your marks in MHT CET at 70%. But these days percentage is not used for calculation of ranking but it is the percentile which is of vital importance. What is the percentile which will remind you are ranking and which in turn will determine your chances of getting admission. But I am sure you will get admission in civil engineering in one of the good colleges in mobile. Unfortunately there is no separate ranking of colleges of Mumbai based on civil engineering but there is a ranking available on other parameters. Dear Shrikant. I don't have idea that Universities at Mumbai is offering CSE or not but I would say, Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. LPU becomes the best place to pursue an engineering degree with highly qualified teaching staff, best laboratories, and modern technologies. Dear Samarth, I don't have idea about best colleges at Mumbai and Pune for CSE, I would say, Lovely Professional University is the best engineering college in India. Mumbai is a one of the well-known engineering colleges in Maharashtra and is said to be ranked second in Maharashtra after College of engineering, Pune (excluding IITs and NITs). Getting into this college through MH-CET requires a lot of efforts too. Placements of VJTI are pretty good when compared to other government colleges in Maharashtra. For EEE department last time (2016-17) out of 64 students who applied to placements from EEE department 59 students were placed meaning 92.18 percent placement for EEE which is a quite good number.
