Following is some relevant information mentioned-
1. National level entrances like JEE, BITSAT, etc.
2. State level entrances like WBJEE, OJEE, etc.
3. Management quota or direct admission.
You have to give all the 3 types of entrance and after the ranks you can decide which college you want to go for

Yes, you can opt for CSE in sector 128 if you are not getting CSE in sector 62. The scope for CSE in both the JIITs is good and you can get a good placement if you are upto the benchmark in terms of knowledge.
