Is it a good idea to write JEE Mains and Advanced in B.Tech 1st year or joining any coaching institute is good?

It is good to take classes for JEE instead of joining B.Tech, just because you can only focus on your exam preparation only. While in B.Tech, you have to take care of your academics records, exams assignments etc. So, join institute and score good to get into IIT. Regards.
