Yes, it is possible to get admission through lateral entry. You have to fulfil the university eligibility criterion for B.Tech in the same branch. You need to have a good score in Diploma.

I got 86% in 12th and 176 in UPSEE. Can I get Gl Bajaj, KIET or JSS for CSE?

Yes, you can get GL Bajaj and JSS but not KIET for CS with this score.

Yes, you can get GL Bajaj and JSS. There are 80% chances for AK Garg and 65% chances of KIET with this score.

No, you can't admission in Galgotia without qualifying UPSEE but you can get admission in management quota but for management quota, you have to ask official authorities of college.

No, admission in IITs is purely done on the basis of rank scored in JEE Advanced exam. One has to score a good rank in JEE Advanced in order to get a seat in IITs.
