Which are the best universities or colleges in foreign countries to do Masters in mechanical engineering courses?

Instead, you may try to do Masters in India itself. Colleges like IIIT are really good and give decent exposure. Some of my friends have completed their Masters from there. Later, you may opt for Ph.D. from foreign universities.
