Yes, the degree of a Deemed-to-be University is valid and reputable as it is recognised by the Government of India. Some of the well-known universities of India including Symbiosis International University, Pune, are Deemed-to-be. The deemed-to-be status doesn't come in way of the institute's quality of education and training.

Deemed-to-be universities enjoy full autonomy or independence in administration and operations, while Autonomous universities are affiliated to the government. The degree offered for a course at an Autonomous college is by the affiliate university. They enjoy freedom in deciding syllabus, pedagogy, etc.

ECU Master of Engineering course is 2 year long. For one year, the annual tuition fee for this course for Indian students at ECU is AUD 45,400 (Around INR 30 lakh). Master of Engineering course of this university is accredited by ECU as an AQF Level 9 Masters Degree (coursework) award.

No, there is no strict rule for the students to submit the LORs or transcripts by a given admission deadline. This place generally follows a flexible approach to it.
These MIT admission materials can arrive at the office after the general admission deadlines (Nov 1 and Jan 5) but they should be submitted as early as possible.
