My one of a friend is studying in NIET and is in 3rd year. He told me that placement of the college is increasing day by day and many students got placed this time around 87% with average package of 4.7 LPA. The highest package is of 68 LPA something. The college has build good relations with manay companies so the opportunity is increasing day by day . If you are shortlisting niet, it is a good college in NCR. I will suggest you if you can do go in DTU, you should not miss that opportunity, the exposure is very great there.

The college makes the admission of candidates via different procedures:

  • Government of Karnataka conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) by which 45% seats of total intake is filled.
  • 30% of the seats of the total intake are to be filled through COMED-K test, which is also conducted by Karnataka Govt.
  • 25% of the seats of the total intake are to be filled through management quota.
  • AICTE has approved 15% extra seats for foreign nationals/PIO/NRI/students whose parents work in Gulf countries over and above the sanctioned intake

The college offers a 5% of marks relaxation in the eligibility criteria for the candidates belonging to SC/ST category.

It is always advised to cover the complete syllabus of ACET 2025. However, candidates are advised to pick the most scoring topics first for preparations. Solving mock test and previous year question papers also helps candidates to score good marks in the exam. Do not pick new topics/chapters in the last few days.
