In NEE-III exam questions come from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Bracnch subject that the candidate has selected. 35 questions come from Physics, 35 questions from Chemistry, 30 questions come from Maths and 55 questions are branch specific.

The cutoff trend for BTech at IIT Jodhpur  has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 2430.
