Punjab University offers a four-year BE programme across eight specialisations along with an Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA programme. Admission to both programmes is based on JEE Main. Both are equally good and have decent career scope.It depends a lot on your interest. You can also do  demand analysis of both the sector. In my opinion, paramedics field has more job demand and it also involves things like social work but it depends more on your interest.

Candidates can refer to the NCERT books for WBJEE preparation. Since the WBJEE syllabus consists of topics from 11th and 12th standard Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics syllabus, NCERT books will cover all of the units that need to be studied.
