To get a seat in an IIT, you will have sit for JEE exams and secure a good rank. The cutoff is 90+ for general category, 75+ for EWS category and 51+ for SC category. The fees can vary from college to college.

Basically for the counseling your JEE Mains rank gets considered but with your condition of EWS candidate you will be considered.

No, the University of Hyderabad doesn't accept TS EAMCET score.
However, TS EAMCET is a state-level examination which is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University / Private Colleges in Telangana and is held once a year.
