While attempting the VITEEE mock test, the candidates will have the option to answer a question and mark it for review. The question can also be left unanswered and marked for review. If the candidates answer the question and mark it for review, then it will be displayed in blue colour with a tag in the question palette. However, if the question is unanswered and marked for review, then it will be displayed in orange colour. Candidates will able to use the mark for review feature in the VITEEE mock test to mark those questions that they are unsure about and wish to check again after completing the other questions in the examination.

Yes. Candidates will be able to skip questions while attempting the VITEEE mock test. The skipped questions will be marked white in the question palette of the mock test. Candidates will be able to return to the skipped questions and attempt it later during the exam. However, the questions have to be answered within the allotted examination duration. Since there is no negative marking, the candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as they can to have a higher chance of securing good marks for admissions.

Yes. The authorities will release the VITEEE 2026 mock test. Candidates will be able to access the VITEEE mock test 2026 link online at vit.ac.in. Through the mock test of VIT 2026, the candidates will be able to prepare for the upcoming entrance exam. Before accessing the mock test, the candidates are advised to carefully read all of the instructions and guidelines. It is important for the candidates to attempt the mock test, since it will help them to become familiar with the entrance examination pattern.

IIT BHU cutoff trend for BTech has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech under general category for all India quota was 897. In 2023, it increased to 1079. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 389 to 359 for OBC, 218 to 284 for SC, 121 to 107 for ST, 125 to 138 for EWS, 51 to 57 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

Yes. During the VITEEE mock test, the candidates will be able to navigate the sections. The candidates will be able to navigate to any sections using the section tab available on the top of the screen. There is no limitation to the number of times a candidate can use the tab to navigate into different sections. While attempting the examination, the candidates are advised to complete the sections which are easier before advancing to the difficult ones. This will allow the candidates to spend more time on the difficult sections and questions.
