IIIT Sri City is known for its flagship programme of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in the B.Tech program. The cutoff range for the CSE branch of the B.Tech programme is 13902 to 18513 in the JoSAA Counselling. Cutoff for ECE will be nearly 29000. A B.Tech in Electrical Engineering programme is offered by VJTI, and a programme in Electronics Engineering that is related to Electrical Engineering is also offered.
