But if you want higher branches then you should opt for North Eastern NITs like NIT Silchar, NIT Agartala. Only these two NITs are good in North East.

I am not sure about the cutoffs for different branches at D.Y. Patil College of Engineering. You can check the official website of the college for more information on admission criteria and cutoffs.
