The best college depends on your preferences and needs. However, both Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram and JIMS Greater Noida are good colleges for pursuing B.Tech CSE. You may consider the following factors to make a better decision:

There are several factors that determine whether you will be offered admission to Sree VidyaNiketan College for the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) program. However, in general, the admission process for engineering colleges in India is based on the candidate's performance in entrance exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, BITSAT, etc. The cutoff for admission varies each year, based on factors such as the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the performance of the applicants in the exam. Generally, candidates with a higher rank have a greater chance of securing a seat. However, it also depends on the availability of

With this percentile your rank is around 57k
With this rank you get lower NITs lower branch. Avg GFTIs avg. Branch
And lower IIITs. You are also eligible for state givt colleges like DTU, NSUT, in JAC Delhi councelling
Jac Chandigarh councelling and many more. In my 1st attempt I got this much percentile, in that time in CSAB round I got bio tech in BIT meshra. Choice filling also matters alot. Hope you understand, many opportunities are there, but please try to increase some more percentile to get top colleges with top branch. Good Luck!

Actually HSC board score is not a cut off for getting a seat in COEP. You have to score only 50% plus in boards in order to qualify for getting a seat in any Engg. college.
The main cutoff for COEP or any Engg. college in Mah. for that matter is PCM Score in CET which is objective exam and with highest possible score of 200.
Physics - 50 questions with 1 mark each
Chemistry - 50 questions with 1 mark each
Maths - 50 questions with 2 marks each
( I assume you already know the pattern of CET but i have explained above, just in case someone is unaware of it )
