It is difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff as OBC category the chance seems less to get a seat in walchand college of engineering sangli .
however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.

You have scored 5597 rank in eapcet exam. With this rank it is difficult to get in ANITS vishakapathanm for the CSE branch as the previous year cut off for CSE branch in the college was 3434. You cna visit the link given below to know more about the cut off in the college.

Nope its difficult for you to gain a seat at Anna University Chennai but you have got an great cutoff you could easily get into some great autonomous institutions in Tamil Nadu. I have provided the list of top 50 engineering colleges at TamilNadu. I hope that would be useful for you in description.

NSIT Patna is a private college and affiliated to Aryabhatt knowledge university and approved by AICTE. You can participate in internship from 5th semester but seats are limited. The companies which came for internship TCS, HCL, INFOSYS, NIIT and CAR DEKHO. And the highest package was on 2019 is 5.10 LPA. By a survey of Times Of India NSIT got 77th rank out of 147 universities in 2019. Exam accepted for admission are JEE main/ BPTPIA exam. The lateral entry scheme is only for the Diploma holder candidates and they will get direct admission in second year.
