You can apply for direct second year engineering admission (DSE) through the Common Admission Process (CAP) Counselling. The direct second year engineering admission 2023-24 Maharashtra application form will be released tentatively in October 2023. You can also get admission at second year level through DTE Centralised Admission procedure and rules. Which college are you interested in applying to?

The GATE exam pattern for ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) has been revised for GATE 2024. The exam will have Multiple choice questions, Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type NAT questions. For MSQ questions, candidates will have 4 options, out of which, candidates can choose one or more correct answers. There will be 1 mark and 2 mark questions in the exam. GATE 2024 ECE question paper shall contain a total of 65 questions with 10 questions on general aptitude and 55 questions on electronics and communication engineering.

A minimum of 60% aggregate shall be the cut-off mark setting for screening the applications. Those who have appeared for the final examinations may also apply. However, they need to secure 60% marks in aggregate.

You may get admission in VESIT Mumbai - Vivekanand Education Society Institute of Technology in B.Tech Computer Science Engineering course, you may get admission though qualifying any entrance from MHT CET JEE Main. You should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics with at-least 45% from any recognised board.
