A laws exist in India to protect students from harassment by teachers professors. RTE ACT 2009 states :
Prohibition of physical punishment and mental harassment to child (1) No child shall be subjected to physical punishment or mental harassment. (2) Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action under the service rules applicable to such person.

The minimum qualifying marks for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam is 25% of the total marks as the total marks are 160 and 355 of 160 would be 40 marks. As you have got only 35 marks, you would not be qualified in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam.
