Yes surely you can get a seat in IIIT or NITs but you have to wait for last rounds or you can sit for spot rounds too but you can get a seat.

In JEE Main 2023 exam, you need to score at least 125 to 135 marks if you want to get into the 95+ percentile list. 16 days are not enough for the India's top engineering entrance exam I. e JEE Main. The students are spending on or two years in preparation of JEE Main in various coaching centers for securing the rank below the 10000. So this is the time of revision only, you can do anything extra.
