Choose your area of interest, search about both stream, scopes are comparatively equal in both stream, you need to know about yours choices but from my point of view I am also a engineer, mechanical engineering is best, I hope it helps you.

Yes, PCM students are eligible to apply for a Bachelor's degree in radiography. No, it is not that easy to become an assistant professor after completing an M.Tech at IIT. As per the latest guidelines, you need to clear the UGC NET or state exam to become an assistant professor in any engineering college. Previously, M.Tech graduates could teach at the graduate level; this has now changed. Now, you need to qualify for either the NET, GATE (for Ph.D. or state-level exam to be certified to teach at the assistant professor level. To choose the teaching profession, some prestigious colleges may also require you to hold a Ph.D. in the relevant field, and other prestigious colleges may require teaching experience.
