There are chances to get into sastra with your score but you will hold that when you wait till 3rd round of counseling. All the best.

Stream 1: 975 ipe marks with below 30,000 jee rank to 985 ipe marks with jee rank of below 45,000
Stream 2: above 987 ipe marks

You will be getting CS related branches like CS with cyber, data science etc. but getting CSE with 985 you have 90% chances only.

For stream 1: ipe marks of 973 and jee rank below 40,000 to 983 jee rank of below 75,000
Stream 2: 985 above ipe marks

Getting CSE seat is difficult with your score. You can have chances of getting CS related branches with 80% chances or you can get ECE branch for sure. You can try upto 3rd round of counseling. If you want a CSE seat only then you can study hard by joining any branch in sastra and get your CGPA of 9 in your 1st year as syllabus is same for all. You can get your CSE in sastra.

You have chances of getting into SASTRA if your JEE rank lies between 20k to 30k. You have possibilities to get into SASTRA for ECE. Try up to the 3rd round of counseling, you have 80% chances of getting into ECE branch of SASTRA with your score.
