There is no direct admission in Jadavpur University for Engineering. For admission in Jadavpur University you have to appear in WBJEE Exam. If you have a domicile Certificate of West Bengal then you can get admission even at some lower rank.

Yes, you can get a seat in Jadavpur University.
10% of General Seat are there for Other State Students but competition is very high, so you need to have good rank (within 1000). But for good branch also you have to score rank within 400.

140+ marks or 120 rank is more than enough to get CSE in Jadavpur University. For NIT Durgapur general rank within 10000 for HS Students and general rank within 7500 for OS Students is good to get CSE.
