You can go for Chandigarh university, CU will give you lot of exposure, syllabus focuses more on practical knowledge. Asian Paints has selected 7 Diploma Engineering students of Mechanical branch from Chandigarh University during a campus placement drive. The multi-national has picked up many students during in two years. CU also focuses on extracurricular activities participating in various activities helps students to be more confident.

Hi.A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Science - Information Technology, shall have passed XII standard examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent with Mathematics and Statistics as one of the subjects and should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate for open category and 40% marks in aggregate in case of Reserved category candidates.

I don't have much idea about the other colleges but if you want to explore Punjab Chandigarh university is a good choice for its academics and amiable environment recently I got a chance to visit CU for attending a conference it was a really good experience, syllabus of Cu is designed in such a way that students get a plethora of opportunities to explore their talents and skills, Cu focuses more on practical knowledge. Big companies are hiring fresh talents from CU.
