No, Georgia State University does not have different admission requirements for GSU courses like Computer Science or Data Science for Indian students. There are general admission requirements which are given below -

The University at Buffalo MS in Engineering Sciences (Data Science) course is 1-2 year long course. The application fee to apply to this course is USD 100. Also, this course is STEM approved, which will allow internationals students a chance to apply for the 24-month OPT extension.
