The university is one of the top ranked private institutions for engineering. The course is offered for two years in six specialisations. Some of them are Thermal Engineering, AI & Data Science, etc. The admissions are entrance based. Moreover, the university offers multiple scholarships to students on the basis of marks in Graduation.

The course is offered for the duration of two-years. It is further divided in eight semesters. The syllabus includes multiple core and additional subjects. The additional subjects are SEC, AEC, VAC, etc. Students may be given a choice in additional subjects. Some first semester subjects of Thermal Engineering course are General Proficiency, Optimising Techniques, etc.

The core subjects are different for each specialisation. However, some common subjects are taught in first semester of every course. Some of them are Thermal Engineering, General Proficiency, etc. The syllabus also includes multiple additional subjects. Those include SEC, AEC, VAC, etc.

The institute offers more than 33 seats in MTech. It is divided in different specialisations. Number of seats are different in each course. Seat allocation is done on the basis of entrance scores. It is advised to appear for the scholarship exam conducted by university. The university may reserve 25% of total seats for state domicile students.

The university may follow a seat reservation. Total 25% seats are reserved for Uttarakhand domicile students. However, whether the reservation applies for UG or PG courses is not officially mentioned by university. Seat allotment is done by university on the basis of GATE scores.

Yes, the university is one of the top private institutions for Engineering in Uttarakhand. It has been ranked by various ranking bodies. Some of ranking bodies are IMRB International, Times Engineering, India Today, etc. As per India Today 2024 report, the university secured a position of #85 in engineering category.

The selection is completely based on GATE exam score. Candidates have to fill an application form on official university website. Moreover, they can also appear for an online Q-CARE exam. It is a scholarship exam conducted by university. After result announcements, the university allots seats in different courses as per student's preference. Selected students receive a PLA. Students have to pay first semester fee and submit documents within 15 days of receiving PLA.

The application fee for PG courses is INR 1,200. Students can fill the form on official university website. Moreover, they can also appear for Q-CARE exam conducted by university. It is a scholarship exam. The admissions are on the basis of GATE merit score. Seat allotment is done by university.
