Yes, you can get into Mittal Institute of Technology's B.E./B.Tech without JEE Main. They accept 10+2 scores (CBSE/MPBSE) or state-level MP BE exam results. If you meet the minimum PCM aggregate (45% general, 40% reserved), you're eligible.

Every course and category is different as the TS EAMCET cut off at ACE Engineering College. In the General category, CSE and all its subset domains (AI&ML, Data Science, IoT, IT, ECE) are the most competitive ones, and the rank closes with 23,000-45,000 points. The Mechanical and Civil can even surpass 90,000 whereas EEE is 50,000-80,000. Cutoff ranks are higher in BC, SC and ST categories. These cut offs vary every year and thus it is very important to use official TS EAMCET counselling releases.

Admission at Laxmi Institute of Technology without JEE Main, as long as you:
Have passed 10+2 with at least 45% in PCM (40% for reserved categories),
Appeared in GUJCET in the same year,
Apply through Gujarat's ACPC counselling—about 50% seats are state quota and 50% institute quota, some filled via GUJCET merit.

Yes, you can potentially get admission to the B.E./B.Tech courses at Government Engineering College, Bhuj without JEE Main, but it depends on the specific admission criteria. While JEE Main is a common, Government Engineering College Bhuj also considers GUJCET scores and merit based on class 12th and GUJCET scores.
