Yes, you can. Many colleges in India offer admission to the BSc Physician Assistant course without an entrance exam. They just need you to fulfill the eligibility requirements.

Yes. The Reading and Writing sections differ between the two formats of IELTS Academic and General, while Listening and Speaking are the same in both format.

No. A valid passport is mandatory for IELTS registration and on the test day. So, one cannot register for IELTS without a passport.
