MAT 2024 was conducted in several cities around India. For August session, PBT was conducted in around 28 cities and CBT in 23 cities. Candidates can apply for MAT by registering at the AIMA website. The CTET exam is generally easy to moderate in terms of difficulty level. The difficulty level depends on the nature of the questions asked in the exam. The CTET exam is conducted for two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper carries 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the CTET 2024 exam on July 7, 2024. The CTET exam was held offline in pen and paper mode in two shifts for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The CBSE CTET Paper 2 exam was held in the morning shift from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon.

Candidates qualifying for the CTET exam can apply for teacher recruitment in Central schools or other schools accepting CTET scores at any point in time till they fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by the respective recruiting agency or school.
