The cut off rank in Round 6 for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering is 238 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in IIT Kanpur - Indian Institute of Technology.

No, candidates cannot join SAGE University Bhopal without an entrance exam. All aspirants looking for course admission here need to sit and appear for the SAGE Entrance Exam (SEE) entrance exam. Candidates seeking admission to BTech courses at SAGE University should apply by filling out the application form and appearing in the SEE 2024 exam. SAGE University BTech admission will be based on SEE 2024 and JEE Main. Candidates applying for SAGE University BTech admission through JEE Main score need not appear in SEE.

You stand a high chance of being admitted into one of the NITs (National Institutes of Technology) or IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) with an EWS rank of 25011 in JEE Mains. At VIT Vellore, the B.Tech Biotechnology programme has historically required a closing rank of about 13,500, meaning that a much lower rank is needed for Category 1 admission. Indeed, admission to the M.Sc. Zoology programme at Bhupal Nobles' University (BN University) in Udaipur is granted on the basis of merit. NIT Trichy cutoff for the Joint Entrance Examination is out for the year 2024. Candidates must note that JoSAA counselling for this year will be in 5 rounds only. 

Here is the category wise cutoff for JoSAA counselling for civil engineering- 

• JEE Main Round 2 Closing rank for B.Tech in Civil Engineering (General Category) - 16190

The cutoff for other rounds is yet to be released and it will be available on Shiksha as soon as it is online.

For a person who wants to enrol for an M.Sc. in Biotechnology at Calcutta University, the enrollment is done on the basis of the marks obtained in a bachelor's Degree, it is merit-based. At Calcutta University there is no entrance exam for pursuing M.Sc. in Biotechnology. However, there are only eleven seats available.
