After the MEET application form is submitted by canddates, changing the exam center is typically not allowed. Hence candidates are advised to choose their exam center carefully during the registration  However, if there is an exceptional case, candidates may contact the examination authorities for a change, but a shift in the exam centre is rarely granted.

The MEET dates for the 2025 session are not released as of now. The Patna University is expected to release the MEET exam dates soon. Candidates can check the expected dates below - 

  • Application Start Date: Usually in the month of June/July.

  • Application End Date: Approximately August.

  • Admit Card Release Date: Mid August.

  • Exam Date: Generally scheduled in September.

  • Result Declaration: Within a month after the exam is conducted.

It's essential to check the official Patna University website for the dates.

No, you cannot get direct admission in Hotel managemnet course. You have to appear for entrance test (CUET) which is conducted by NTA. This exam is conducted every year at the time of April-May-June. After giving the entrance test you have to check their cut off then according to that you will be given admission.

As per the official notification released by Patna University candidates need to meet the minimum eligibility criterion:

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or an equivalent degree from a recognised university to apply.

  • Candidates should have secured at least 50% marks in their B.Ed degree. However, there is relaxations for reserved category candidates as mentioned in the official notificaiton.

  • There is specific age limit for MEET.

The university releases its application form in February and closes application window in March. In 2024, the entrance examination was conducted on Apr 25. Admission to the DPharm course is also through this exam. Jamia Milia Islamia publishes all the important admission dates on its offcial website or announce them through an official notification.
