The NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (in short called as NIMCET) is a national-level enteance exam which is conducted to shortlist candidates for admission into Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs at participating NITs and IIITs. It is conducted once a year and each year, different NIT conducts the exam.

No, there is no sectional time limit in the JIPMAT exam. Candidates can allocate their time across the three sections as they prefer within the total 150-minute duration.

For every correct answer, candidates are awarded 4 marks. For every incorrect answer, 1 mark is deducted. There is no negative marking for questions left unattempted.
