No, TN board does not deduct marks for exceeding the word limit in the board exams. However, marks may be deducted for spelling mistakes and other errors in language papers.

Schools do not have the right to withhold admit card of the studnets for TN class 10th board exam. TN SSLC admit card is issued by the Directorate of Government Examination, Tamilnadu. You can reach out to the TN board, if the school do not provide the admit card.

You cannot appear for the AU LAT exam without the hall ticket it is strictly mandatory for entry to the exam hall. According to the official AU LAT prospectus:

Only candidates carrying a printed, valid admit card along with a photo ID will be granted entry to the examination hall. Entry is denied to anyone who arrives without the admit card, so ensure you download and print the admit card well before exam day. Always check the official AU LAT admissions portal for updates and download your hall ticket when available.

There are so many websites which provide free videos for TN SSLC preparation. Students can search for TN SSLC preparation in youtube. There are chapter wise videos and tips for cracking TN SSLC exam.

You must go through the TN 10th syllabus and exam pattern for all subjects. Segregate the chapter and plan your days ahead for covering each topic thoroughly. Get all your doubts cleared by your teachers and peers. Solve TN SSLC sample papers to know the kind of questions that have a good chance to get repeated.

Yes, the board gives sufficient preparation leaves to students for the exams. The TN 10th board exams 2026 Class 10 will likely be held in March 2026 with ample number of prep leaves in between every subject. The TN 10th date sheet 2026 is expected to be released in Nov 2025. Students can check it by clicking on the link provided on this page. However, students are advised to finish the TN 10th syllabus, and know the exam pattern before the exams begin. SAT cutoffs can be different for international students, but it will still vary per university of admission and ofcourse the course. International students can again refer to officially published school reports for an idea of the SAT score range.

Not all US universities have strict SAT cutoffs for admissions. Colleges will not usually explicitly mention them per se. Rather most of them in their school reports mentioning SAT score range of the admitted students in the previous year. So this can be referred to for reference when applying for admissions in the USA.

The Income Tax Act 1961 in India regulates taxation and includes provisions like,

  • Tax Slabs, to specify income brackets, and corresponding tax rates. 
  • Deductions, to allow amounts deducted for investments (80C), insurance premiums (80D), and donations (80G).
  • TDS, to deduct tax at the source by payers.
  • Capital Gains, to put taxes on profits and the sale of assets, and so on.

No, College Boars does not set or announce any SAT cutoff or benchmark scores. The College Board is only responsible for administering the SAT exam. Students can just apply for admissions based on their SAT scores, the universities set a benchmark or release (or may be not release) the SAT cutoffs for reference.
