No, you cannot change the topic in IELTS Speaking Part 2. If you cross the 2-minute time limit in IELTS Speaking Part 2, the examiner will politely stop you. Do not worry! Easa College of Engineering and Technology does not accept any scores for admissions to BTech courses. However, it accepts the cutoff scores from the TNEA counselling, and this counselling release the ranks/ cutoff of students after evaluating their scores in HSC (specifically PCM). 

Firstly you qualify the JEE Mains exam and cuttoff is according to your category like if you are general then your JEE Mains cutoff is 93 percentile if you are obc then your cuttoff is 79 percentile. 

Then if you are qualify the exam of JEE Mains then you must clear the JEE advanced.  Then according to this basis cuttoff of IIT madras then you are eligible for B.Tech from IIT madras 

No, for admissions to BE courses at Easa College of Engineering, entrance exam scores are not compulsory. The college accepts students according to their Class 12 scores, and cutoff scores acheived in TNEA counselling. One should know, to calculate the TNEA cutoff, the formula used by authorities is: Maths + (Physics/ 2) + (Chemistry/2), where the scores of each subject are out of 200. 

Students who took the OJEE exam, can download the OJEE scorecard using their login details. The OJEE scorecard will be available online on the OJEE exam website; ojee.nic.in. Students need to enter their date of birth and OJEE application number to download the result cum scorecard.
