A JEE Main rank of 500091 and 66 percentile, along with 64.8% marks in Class 12, it is highly unlikely to get admission into a government college or GFTI (Government Funded Technical Institute) in Uttar Pradesh or anywhere in India through JoSAA counselling. Most GFTIs, NITs, and IIITs have cutoffs that close at much higher percentiles, typically above 85–90 percentile for reserved categories and even higher for general candidates.

CSE and AI & DS are most competitive — need ranks roughly below 30,000 for early admission.ECE and IT also require good ranks but allow more flexibility (final cutoff nearly 100,000).EEE, and especially Civil, are more accessible—candidates with ranks up to 150,000–185,000 may still get a seat in later rounds.

Yes, students can pursue higher studies in another state after passing the Goa SSC exam. They can pursue higher studies or senior secondary studies from a different Board within Goa. Goa SSC 10th Certificate is valid for any senior secondary studies in India. Students have to apply for a migration Certificate if they wish to study in another state. While applying for admission, the students must submit their Migration Certificate issued by the Goa board along with the other requisite documents.
