NID is also good but they provide only Bachelors courses and the form is available on nearly the month of November, I think.

I think you should go for Amity University. It has a very good teaching faculty and plus, the placements are great too.

Hamstech Institute of Fashion and Interior design has not mentioned its fee structure anywhere. It would be better if you connect with the institute directly for the information.

A career in MBA Fashion Designing is right for you if you are talented and interest in fashion sense. You must also possess the ability be original and creative and love to make people look good. As now you have completed your Bachelor degree, so my suggestion to you is that you should go for the Masters in fashion technology. You can go for the M.Tech or MBA in fashion designing course after the completion of your B.Tech.
