NIFT is the best college to offer Masters in fashion designing which is equivalent to M.Tech. Shortly it is known as M.Des. But cracking NIFT is like cracking into IITs', it's not just a piece of cake for a guy/girl of engineering background. Apart from all these, you can do some Diploma courses for two years where you can learn from very basic methods to professional ways. You can also join fashion and interior design colleges.

Hi Vartika!
The institute has not disclosed its fee information explicitly. I would suggest you to connect with the college directly for a well-detailed information.
About degree, CAD in fashion designing is a certificate course. Hence you will get a certificate after completion of the course and not degree.
