Fashion designing is not all about sketching. It's a lot more about creative skills. If you feel you can be good at it then apply for NIFT's entrance next year.

Greetings from SHIKSHA.
Chances are less for getting admission in Fashion Designing or related field if you have done diploma engineering in computer science. But still enquire your near by colleges for this, if by chance some Institutes are giving Admission.

The fee structure can fluctuate a little. But, on an average, the total fee for Bachelors in Design in NIFT is about 8 lacs. It's about 80k-1lac per semester.

After graduating from NIFT, you can work under a reputed designer or brand. You can get training and experience and there are chances you start working for celebrities.

You don't get a job after cleaning the entrance exam. It is a 4 year course and after completing the course, you can sit for the placements. The placements for BFTech are high enough.

Yes, you will have to pay your further fee. It's will cost you about 8 lacs for the entire course of B.Des in fashion designing. Also, you will have to spend on the material you buy.

Yes, it can definitely be done simultaneously but you will have to focus on fashion design. You will not have time to focus on B.Com. So, if you want to do both only for the sake of getting two degrees, you can go for it but I would suggest focus on only one.

Hi Ankita,
You can apply for NIFT or Pearl Academy of Design. These two are the top colleges for fashion designing and they provide you the degree of bachelors of design after a 4 years course. NIFT has its own entrance exam which is held in the month of February. You can start preparing for it from now itself. Just make sure you pass your 12 with aggregate of 45% marks.

If you're confident enough about your dream then go for it and take maths tuitions side by side. If you do computer engineering half-heartedly then you won't be able to put your 100% efforts so FD is a better option.
