Students can apply for internships by sending a request letter along with their CV to the designers and companies of their choice. However, the best way to secure an internship would be to contact the placement and training cell of your respective colleges to know the internship opportunities you may have for yourself.
All the best.

You can study fashion designing after a commerce background. So, if you have interest and creativity you can apply for Bachelor degree programs in fashion designing. Later you can do a Masters in a more specialised field like fashion marketing, fashion communication, etc.

The question paper for previous year is not available because students don't get the question paper after the exam.
All the best.
