B.Tech is a technical branch and it deals with the core subjects of that particular stream and in B.Tech we have many other branches according to student's choice. B.FTech is completely based on the non-technical stream. It deals with how physical attraction of a person is designed based on one's posture. So these make B.Tech and B.FTech different from each other.

It has been already conducted and now the second round that is situation test will be conducted soon. For this second round the registration are open, for only those who successfully qualified the first round. So you can give it next year.
