I would suggest, you should do job as of now, you are pursuing Diploma in fashion designing, so doing B.Des would be a regular degree and would take time, and as you are doing Diploma in Fashion designing, you will automatically get job assistance.

Hi Pallavi!
To pursue a post graduation course in fashion and textile, the first thing that will come across the admission process will be a written test. This is a general ability test which comprises of 4 sections including Quantitative aptitude, English Language, Analytical ability and General Knowledge. Apart from this, some colleges also conduct creative ability tests where they see how good are you with drawings and sketching. The procedure also follows a personal interview.

Fashion design is one the most lucrative, glamorous and appealing careers today. In India, the fashion industry has come of age and has plenty of opportunities. After successful completion of the course, you can work as an independent fashion designer or own a boutique. Alternatively, you can also work at a garment export house, textile mills, garment stores, fashions shows, jewelry houses and media houses.
